Fiona Schade
Fiona Schade works as an interdisciplinary artist and student in Cincinnati, Ohio. She studies fine arts at the University of Cincinnati, School of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. Her work investigates complex relationships with the self, others, and our environment. Fiona focuses primarily on commercial and fine art photography, with experience in painting and sculpture.
Artist Statement
My work investigates complex relationships with ourselves, others, and our environment. As I dive deep into conceptual ideas, I use my practice as a way of processing my conversance of the human experience. My practice explores concepts such as infidelity, the unconscious mind, self exploration and human connections through interdisciplinary mediums. I work primarily with photography when digging into these notions, while creating 3D work included alongside my imagery. I am also developing my professional work through product photography, creative marketing, social media and design.
